Position: Customer success of major IT companies

Job description:
You will be a partner of the customer's director / general manager layer, visualize the issues of the company, and be involved in various proposals centered on our products to problem solving in the field.

・ Build relationships with customers' on-site decision makers and management
・ Visualize critical issues faced by customers
・ Plan, propose and execute solutions (systems and new services) to solve issues
* Depending on experience We may ask for a sales representative for new customers.
* This is a sales activity for major domestic companies. * We will carry out proposal-type sales that differ for each case, rather than reducing the amount of sales activity and probability.
* The purpose is not to sell goods, but to improve the corporate value of our customers.

応募資格
Job requirements:
・ More than 3 years of experience in corporate sales for major companies
・ More than 3 years of experience in marketing, inside sales, presales, account sales, customer success, etc in the B2B industry.
・ Japanese level N3 or above
